Make tea from your Butterfly Pea flowers...

Put 8-10 flowers in a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. 

Strain the liquid and discard the flowers.

You can add lemon slices into your drink and watch the color change from blue to purple.

Add honey for sweetness!
